Beyond Trophies is an archive of artifacts spawning from iconic 2000– 2020s pop culture moments from American award shows. These award shows are unique instances where celebrities are put on display which trigger public reactions and conversations. By compiling these events, we are given a unique insight into how celebrities and the public collaborate in creating pop culture. It is not an exhaustive collection, but rather an assemblage of moments I have curated as critical to our understanding of pop culture history.
